College Chinese Innovate Based On Humanity Quality Development And Language Ability Promotion

Chinese education is the national mother language education, and the mother language education is a soul of nation, the foundation of entire education. Chinese quality constitutes the most important and basic part in the cultural scientific quality. College Chinese education ranks the highest phase among national mother language education, at which the university students realize "grown-up in spirit" and promote the mother tongue ability. However, because of the influence of English powerful culture, the decline of overall humanistic environment and impact of the vulgar culture, present college Chinese education faces varieties of dilemma. How to change such situation? There are many issues among Chinese educators in universities and the humanistic experts in recent years. This article believes that the key lies in understanding correctly disciplinary nature and course orientation. College Chinese is a public cultural basic course for non-Chinese major students. It combines knowledge with sensibility, nationality with humanity, skills of reading-thinking-speaking-writing with synthesis knowledge of literature, history and philosophy. The objectives of college Chinese should be to develop university student's humanities quality and promote their language ability, focusing on fostering humanity quality. Based on this course orientation, applying the method of cultural research and cross discipline research, referring to research achievement of related discipline, such as literature, study of literature and art, linguistics, philosophy, considering both historical context and contemporary multicultural context, we should explore reforming strategy, construct educational view of humanity Chinese Language, innovate the concept, the content, the method and the means of teaching, build a new pattern to be able to adapt the contemporary culture context and promote university students' humanity quality and language ability.
