The Ethical Governance Of American Enterprise And Its Reference Value To Our Country

Enterprise as the basic unit of the national economy, is the producer and supporter of social wealth, is both the supporter of social wealth and the catalyst of social stability. The benign development of the enterprise is relation to a country’s economic growth, social stability, and each people’s life safety and interests. However, with the rapid development of economy, many enterprises in our country have appeared a lot of immoral phenomena in business, most enterprises can only focus on economic interests, even at the expense of the interests of state and people, which caused serious consequences. Lack of business ethics must cause our attention to the problems of enterprise moral problems.This paper takes " Enterprise moral governance in the United States " as the study subject, on the one hand, we need to integrally grasp thought of business ethics in the United States, to clear up the enterprise ethics historical background, theoretical foundation and social impact, at the same time, to summarize the related theoretical guidance for enterprise’s survival and development by the business ethics. On the other hand, analyzing the main measures of ethical governance in American enterprises from the moral environment of external and internal ethical structure. By combining with the actual situation of our country and drawing lessons from the advanced experience of the construction of American business ethics, it can provide valuable reference and suggestion for our country’s enterprise ethical governance.This paper is divided into five parts, the first section is introduction, including the selected topic significance, literature review and research methods, etc. The second section is to define the conception of enterprise morality and ethical governance. The third section is mainly study the theoretical foundation and value of the American enterprise ethical governance, including theoretical guidance of enterprise ethical governance and its value for the survival and development of enterprises. The fourth part is to analyze the main measures of American enterprise ethical governance from the external moral environment and the internal structure of ethics. The fifth section is mainly to make demands on the business ethics construction of our country on the basis of the American enterprise ethical governance by analyzing the ethical problem of China’s enterprises.
