| Wang Yun (1227-1304), also named Zhongmou or Qiujian, was a native of Ji county in Henan province. And his biography was recorded in Yuanshi. Wangyun's concept of ci-poem rooted in Confucian poetics and he, learned from Sushi, Xin Qiji and Yuan Haowen, became an important ci-poet in the continuous prosper stage of the North faction of ci-poem .The ci of Qiujian refered to extensive contents, expressed Wangyun's patriotism, enterprise, contradiction with being an official or not and elegant interest, and revealed the living condition and their psychology of the literators who lived in the united forepart of yuan Dynasty. The ci of Qiujian mainly showed the style of "Haofangshukuai" and "Qinghunchaoyi" which was affectet by Wangyun's individuality and the north culture of China.The appendix included two parts which provided the basic documents for the text before. |
