Relegation, appeared in the legend of Yao and Shun is a common political phenomenon, in ancient China, and it arrived at it's high tide during the Tang-Song period. In the Tang Dynasty, most men of letters, especially the famous ones, had experienced relegation.As a special experience in their life, relegation has a heavy and far lasting influence on the relegated, and Relegation would bring them great pain and discouragement. Feeling aggrieved for their being relegated, having wrath and sarcasm to the powerful men or small men who put them into the hard situation, experiencing painfully the poor living condition in the remote and desolate areas, being afraid that they might suffer more slanders after being expelled out of the imperial court, worrying about their own future, missing deeply the nation land, native place and old friends and exploring or trying in every possible way, consciously or unconsciously, All these emotional experience and expression formed the emotion subject of the relegated's daily life. Had became an important theme of their works.Through the study and discussion of the emotions expressed in the relegation literature works written by the relegated in Tang Dynasty, we can know the emotional qualification of the relegated after they suffered the relegation and lived through the relegation. In this way, we can get to know their thinking course which helps us to know more about the relegation works themselves reactions towards the sufferings and it's effects. We can get some enlightenment and instructions for ourselves who are living in reality.
