Xu Shi-zeng (1517——1580),who styled himself Bolu and named himself Lu`an, is lived in Wujiang county, Suzhou mansion in the Ming Dynasty.His work Wen Ti Ming bian is famous in ancient style research.Wen Ti Ming bian was wrote in jiajing period in the middle of the Ming Dynasty.We can find that it reflect many characteristics from Wen Ti Ming bian, primarily is:1, the booming development of Yangming heart academic and the popular literature;2, the distant influence of Chengzhu academic;3, the popular writing atmasphere——summary composition widely accepted.The reason why Xu Shi-zeng pay more attention to style research, speaking from the thought source, is Confucianism traditional thought reflected in literature.Seeing from the surface, Wen Ti Ming bian inherited Wen Zhang Bian Ti`s form. But in fact, not only in weaving style, but also in compiling the contents, there`re many development.In weaving the style, Wen Ti Ming bian regard choosing articles as his unique standard.In compiling the contents, in saying to various literary style, such as the preface of" Gao "," Ce"," preface"," lament"....,, Wen Ti Ming bian`s differentiate and analysis is more accurate than Wen Zhang Bian Ti.In Wen Ti Ming bian, Xu Shi-zeng still expressed his own literature views on the literary style views.Its literature view includes to define the text`s scope and the development views etc..As for the literary style classification number of the Wen Ti Ming bian, there are two kinds of views, one is 127, the other is 121.According to the antinomy in the text and the outset from that bibliography, we can draw the conclusion that it is not 127, but 121. Although there`re many critical voices to Wen Ti Ming bian in passing age,and some of them sounds reasonable.However, we should pay more attention to its positive aspects.It`s no doubt that just though Wen Ti Ming bian ,then we can understand the circumstance of more literary styles today.It kept many precious literary styles data for us.Therefore, we have the reason, also having the necessity to make the more thorough research to it.
