In University freshmen's acclimatization reflected their synthesized diathesis, also having direct impact to whose health development of mentality. But in the present stage freshmen have a lot of problems in the field of acclimatization. So the approach by emotional education and discovery is practical significance to improve freshmen's acclimatization. So the study intends to discuss emotional education based on the theory curing theory, process theory and emotional intelligence, which about acclimatization of the college student and the mental health effect therefore. Set up a series of the emotional education courses applying to technique kind colleges and universities, correct bad individual cognition inside thought, improve the individual emotional and the behavior obstacle; Start with individual outside circumstances, sufficiently discuss the answered and detailed process and mechanism, that make students can dynamic assurance answers process, During the discussion pay attention to the individual effort in cognition and behavior in answering to conceptive the education pattern with"cognition–emotional– behavior"as orientation. And guide the individual to experience the emotional by this rational appropriate way; help students to learn emotional adjusts by themselves and deal with pressure; cut down the unnecessary pressure source and improve their acclimatization and mentality healthy level.The main studied bodies are two shift students of one grade in Xi'an Electronic Science and Technology University, 179 people in total. The mental health test adopts establishment of Ministry of Education's among one grade to measure and compare. Choose two classes that do not have notable difference, which are an experiment class and a contrasts class. Implement emotional education as to the experiment class, but not tutor the contrasts class. After tutorship test and appraise with same scale, and then use SPSS10.0 to process and analysis the test data.Result is demonstrated:(1) During the acclimatization comparison of experiment class students before and after measuring difference, the four items appear the notable difference: emotional adaptability, human relations, oneself fit in with, degree of satisfaction, It accounted for the emotional education has the accelerate function to emotional stability and acclimatization of university freshmen.(2) During the psychological health level comparison of experiment class students before and after measuring difference, the six items appear the notable difference: self-abased, social contact flinch, social contact attack, stubborn, and impetuous, mental disease tendency. It accounted for the emotional education has the active accelerate function to psychological health of university freshmen.(3) The emotional education applies to the freshmen of university in growing up, and it is suitable to implement and push development emotional tutor in colleges and universities.The main body of the book research conclusion has testified that the emotional education arrived at the important effect to improve acclimatization psychological health level of university freshmen. It also provided the basis of theory and practice for emotional education research and acclimatization improvement of university freshmen.
