The Research On The Mental Health Status And Its Influencing Factors Of The Freshmen In Shenyang Institute Of Physical Education

Introduction:Find out the problems of the mental health situation of freshmen in Shenyang Institute of Physical Education, screening indicator of mental unhealthy freshmen, in order to find the major factor leading freshmen to bring in psychological problems, take to targeted measures, and provide strong evidence to form more reasonable and complete work system for freshmen mental health education in sports academies.Methods: based on literature France, questionnaire method, mathematical statistics, Interview, to do psychological test with the freshmen of 08 grade in Shenyang Institute of Physical Education[combination of students'basic information questionnaire,UPI(university students personality questionnaire) and SCL-90(symptoms self-evaluation scale)to carry on network test].Results: 1.The comparative study on the detection rate of psychological disorder according to distribution of newborn population. The first,second-class. detection rates of college freshmen's psychological barrier were 16.8%,22.9%. In the comparison of detection rates of psychological disorder, boys'mental barrier are higher than girls; those in city is higher than those in rural areas; non-single child than one child; single-parent family than many generation families and normal families; The lake of harmony in family was significantly higher than those in harmony; The detection rate of science students'psychological barrier was also significantly higher than those literal arts; Non-physical barriers to professional psychological detection rate was significantly higher than physical students; Not satisfied with the candidates who are more than satisfied. The difference is provided with statistical significance(p﹤0.05).2.In all the main psychological problems of university students, the positive detection rate of obsessive-compulsive neurosis was the highest(7.59%),followed by interpersonal relationship sensitivity(7.24%),crankiness(7.13%),depression(6.84%),anxiety(4.37%).3.By many factors logistic regression analysis, the factors belong to the model were sex,family atmosphere,satisfation with applying for,significant disease history,family history of the past, and were all dangerous factor with paychological health.Conclusion: The paychological barrier detection rate of university freshmen is quite high and various. It's not optimistic for psychological health situation. There are many factors influcing university studentsˊ psychological health, including internal factors,subjective factors,external factors and objective factors in the process of individual development.Suggestion: Carry out targeted health education for freshmen, strengthen the system construction of the psychological health education, to promote the psychological quality and the overall quality of freshmen. The factors of psychological health include their own factors, family factors, environmental factors and social factors. University and society should give them more attention in order to prevent serious psychological problems and negative consequences.
