From the second half of the 19th century to the 20th century 100 years of the 1940s, the nature of Chinese society has undergone enormous changes, the last feudal dynasty——the Qing dynasty was overthrown and the Republic of China came into being. At the end of the Qing Dynasty in order to save the country's diplomacy repeatedly failed to save the country , the nation and plebs ,enlightened gentry part in the social improvement of the first to realize that the traditional education exists great ills and advocated by the West to study the plight, thus setting off a feudal education reform ideas, the creation of a new school, sending students, a series of measures such as the abolition of examination system has modern educational system to be implemented. The establishment of the Republic of China, declared the end of the feudal monarchy and the birth of capitalist democratic republic. To meet the needs of capitalist development in China, a group of bourgeois revolutionaries and educators, to both content and form from the old education reform under the new dynasty established for the purpose of education for the transformation of the education system since the introduction of the new system, the establishment of a new administration system, match with a series of laws and regulations.
