The females' receiving the higher education is an important symbol of the improving of the woman social status, and it can lead to higher social and personal economic efficiency. However, the returns have been held back seriously by impoverished students' the current situation. In order to provide them with better help, taking Fujian Vocational College of Water Conservancy and Electric Power as an example, the paper inquires into and analyzes impoverished girl students' psychology and conduct. Based on the study of questionnaire and interview, the author finds that, compared with undergraduate college impoverished girl students, vocational college impoverished girl students have obvious disadvantages in their study, economy, getting help and education resources. Such a disadvantage group, in his psychology and behavior, is optimistic, self-reliance and of fine sentiments. They show solicitude for their parents, deal with concrete matters and act with caution. Yet, they have negative psychology, such as strong "Relative Deprivation Sense", serious anxiety and intense inferiority. According to rich practical education experience, the author puts forward to some strategies with a clear aim.
