The Ci poets of the Xin school hold a prominent role in the history of Chinese classical poet. With Xin Qiji as the key figure, they had created a number of masterpieces during their Chou Da Chang He. In this article, I would at first talk about the Style and the School in the perspective of literal criticism. In my opinion, the concepts such as school in the research about ancient literature, mainly came from the conclusions and summaries made by the later researchers, while for the people in the schools, they were not necessarily school-conscious. The so-called Ci poet in Xin school comes exactly from the conclusion of researchers; different researchers may have different conclusions. Therefore, our knowledge of the Ci poets of Xin school remains to be clarified. In order to examine the body of the Ci poets of Xin school, we should not onlylook into the details about the Jiao Wang Chang He between members in the school and the key figure Xin Qiji, but also take into consideration the spirit and artistic style embodied in their works. In this sense, in my article, the staff of the Ci poets of Xin school is defined as those within the time when Xin Qiji was living, and those whose Jiao Wang Chang He, style, and thought were similar. As for those who admired Xin's style and personality but arose after the time of Xin Qiji will be treated as the ones that had had great influence on the Ci poet of Xin school. The formation of the Ci poem of Xin school has its origin both in the remarkable change of times and thought, and in the development of Ci poet itself. Besides, the tremendous achievement and impact of the works by Xin Qiji himself is absolutely the most important factor in facilitating the foundation of this school. In our detailed analysis of the Ci poets of Xin school, we take the traits of the research in schools into consideration. On the one hand, we regarded each Ci poet's personal characteristics, and more importantly, on the other hand, we tended to emphasize on their common traits as one school. The article analyzed in detail some important Ci poets in this school, to name a few, Lu You, Han Yuanji, Chen Liang, Liu Guo, Yang Yanzheng, and Zhao Shankuo. It is pointed out that they hold different stance from the key figure Xin Qiji in their Jiao Wang Chang He; some are interacting each other with their respective advantages while some more are just following suit and learn from Xin Qiji. As a school, for one thing, the historical development process of Liu and the scale of Pai should be learned, and for another thing, efforts should be made to reveal the characteristics of the school itself. Talking of the Ci poets of Xin school, we found that Chang He, the basic way of their brain storming, embodies the reflection and release of their affects among the whole group. That is the direct precondition of the foundation of the Xin school. The members in this school live in a time with strong academic atmosphere, that's why their works would get affected consciously or unconsciously by reason. The the Ci poets of Xin school have their commonality also in the usage of idioms, which exemplifies their common feelings about history and their common concern about the reality. Their way of doing things and being a person as well as their creation of works all stress Qi, which finds its expression in their works as a kind of externalization of some strong subjective spirit. The Ci poets of Xin school have multiple impact on the history of Ci poem—it sets up a unique style, that is, the extravagant style; and the violent patriotic spirit represented in their works has an encouraging power to the mass and has a tremendous spiritual calling power in times of disorder and decline.
