Through analyzing Mo-tse's original learning thought, the author consider that Mo-tse's 'turning of the religion' indicates the very difference of the Confucianism by its concept 'the will of the heaven' 'proof of the ghost's existence' 'the view of defying fate' 'the view of universal love', along with Mohist School's practice on the religion, forming its obvious religion characteristic all together. From this point of view, Mo-tse's 'Anti-music' thought is essentially a sort of Literature and Art on Religion. We should not only stare at its external reason on 'anti-music', but also pay attention to the cause based on 'anti-fate' which belongs to its religion thought, what's more, Mohist School aims mostly at Confucian's 'etiquette and music' culture. Through analyzing the transform of relation between music and ceremony briefly, the author try to prove that 'anti-music' is a great counteraction to Literature and art theory of Confucian. 'Anti-music' as a kind of religion literature and art separates itself from the religion content, for, it becomes another form different from its original form. On the relation between 'literacy grace' and 'natural character' ,Mo-tse insisted that 'Pay more attention to solid worth rather than outward grace',Legist and Taoism were also affected on this opinion. However, owing to its special background of religion thought, 'anti-music' vanished naturally when it was deviated from its religion content.
