The blog has become one of the important tools of network communications after several years of development in the country. The culture of the blog as an emerging network culture,along with its deep application has also been cared by people. This thesis analyzes the culture of blog's technology, blogger and the spirits of the blog. It has inherited and developed the cultural connotations of Internet. The thesis aims at disclosing that the culture of the blog has promoted personal networks and network humanization. Its cultural aims at establishing a people-oriented new network. On this foundation the thesis analyzes that the way of the achievement of the blog's cultural values is to establish the blog's network. And the conditional improvements are the development of technology, the blogger and the Web services and management.
