Philosophical Considerrations About Food Additives' Application

Food is the most basic living needs for people. With the improvement of the living standards, the food additives'application satisfies the pursuit which reflects the diversity and richness of the pursuit for food. The food additives'application has brought benefits to people's daily life and food industry, but we should see the food additives which remains some problems, such as the safety of food additives, the labeling of food additives and so on. The professionals and the public are more concerned about these. The application of food additives has become a hot topic in the academics and the public. The paper analyzed and probed into the problems of the food additives'application, adopting the type of questionnaire survey, carrying on philosophical thoughts to the food additives'application and coming up with countermeasures for the problems of the food additives' application. Its purpose should ensure the rational use of the food additives and maximize well-being for peoples'lives. Therefore, this paper has conducted more systematic research from following aspects to the problems of the food additives' application.Part two makes a basic brief for the food additives from the food additive definition, the variety and the classification, the development's situation, in order to have a preliminary understanding to food additives. Summarizing the two problems in the food additives'application in our county currently. One is the safety of food additives; two is the labeling of food additives. This article take the above two questions as a basis for the next step's research to lay the foundation.Part three has carried on an item of related the food additives'questionnaire survey from public's angle, in order to understand the public's cognition and attitudes to the food additives. The investigation result's demonstrates that the public's cognition rate is lower and attitude also exists obvious difference to the food additives.Part four carries on the philosophical thoughts to the food additives'application, in accordance with the problems of the food additives'application and the difference of the public's cognition and attitude to the food additives. We have proved the food additives must exist a kind of matter, simultaneously has analyzed the food additives besides to enrich our food, but also should consider person's right of life and health, person's right of independence and balanced question of the efficiency and the fair. We summarizes the food additives not only satisfy the people's material needs, but also must satisfy the above three kind of demands.
