In the middle of 16th, Catholic was introduced into Macau , pope of Chinese parish named Carneiro established House of Mercy at Macau in 1569. main target who were served for were Portuguese and Catholics, especially, its adjective institution had a great influence, for example, Poor people's Hospital , Leprosy's Hospital, Church orphanage and Orphanage for girls. In 19th .Protestantism was brought into Macau, more and more charity organization grown up in succession, Churchs gave them much support. In the late of 19th , Chinese became the main part of economy of Macau step by step, they set up Jinghu Hospital, for one thing, rescued poor Chinese, for another, maintained own advantage and adjusted contradictions between Chinese and foreigners. House of Tongshan which was the first professional Chinese organization of charity was founded in 90's, subsequently, some Chinese organization charity consequently arouse. All of them not only rescued poor people, but also stabilized the society of Macau. Especially, Chinese charity organization was considered as Chinese spokesman in politics. They made up of venation and system about charity enterprise in four hundreds years in Macau .
