The objective of this study is to conclude the effective motivation factors, and to study the relationship between personality styles and motivation factors.This study analyze the motivation factors of employees by questionnaire, through the factor analysis, draw out 6 basic motivation factors: "payment and welfare", "superior and colleague's applause and supports ", "enterprise and career development ", "interesting work and work power", "perfect management and work conditions" and "compatible relationships" . According to the score of participants in EPQ, we classify them into 4 types: introvert-stability, extrovert-stability, introvert-instability and extrovert-instability.We analysis the relationship between motivation factors and personality styles using correlation analysis, t test, ANOVA, the results indicate that score E has a significant correlation with factor2 and factor6. Score N has a significant correlation with factor2.Score P has a significant difference on factor3, factor4 and factor5.And by analyzing the 6 factors and the 4 personality styles through ANOVA, we conclude that factor2 and factor6 both have a significant difference on the 4 personality styles .The ANOVA show that the rest of the factors have no significant difference on the 4 personality styles .
