Since 60s, Gadamer and Habermas, respectively standing for philosophical hermeneutics and critical hermeneutics, threw a debate focused on communication and dialogue while Plessner, Jaspers, and Abel involved the topic through philosophy, anthropology and existentialism and transcendental pragmatism. Meanwhile, Bakhtin, who put all his theories of literature on dialogue from the opening of language, thought that the essence of life was dialogue and the most basic relationship of human was interlocution.The emerging of Intersubjective Theory comes from the thoughts of dialogue. Intersubjective theory emphasizes on the communication and dialogue of the subjects and advocates equal existence and right of being individual, which have important meaning for the true and harmonious relationship of human and the world. We find there are various multiple dialogue relationships in literature activity, such as the communicational relation between writer and writer, writer and reader, reader and text, text and text, writer and text, reader and reader, and in the text, writer and characters, characters and characters, characters and themselves also have deep-seated dialogue, which presents the specialty of literature existence and the richness of mankind spiritual world.As an individual existence, the weak has taken the attention of the sympathetic and righteous writers. It is not only very meaning for literature value but also helpful for the improvement of the living situations of the weak. However, most researches on the weak presently are limited to take them as described subjects, mainly focusing on their improvement of the material need but not care so much about their spiritual need and quality improvement. It is even rarely to see them from the point of dialogue, which is a shame for literature researches. Therefore, this thesis is meant to make a research on the weak from the point of intersubjectivity and touch their spiritual need, in hopes it may be helpful to improve the living situations of the weak fundamentally.
