When the experience age arrival, not only companies, but also designers found the direction of development.Experience economy is a kind of the economic which gain the profits depending on selling customer experience. In agriculture age, people sell products to make money; in industry age, people sell service to make money. But products and service can be copied by others, on the contrary experience can not be copied by anyone. Experiences become to be the unique property and the necessary tool of the companies.Experience design and other designs are different. Experience design means design experience. The aim of experience design is people's emotion-a kind of intrinsic spirit. There have a lot of ways to design experience, in this thesis I expatiated on the subject of subversive factors of display design.The subversion is an unusual behavior, and it is the source of disruptive innovation. The subversive factors infiltrated all parts of display design, such as: subversive display technology, subversive display theme and subversive display design details... In my paper, I will give you the clearly answer of how to use the subversive factors to improve the customer's experience.Finally, I pointed out the design of using subversive factors must be rooted in the brand. Subversion is the way to make the company's brand more formidable, more powerful and more brilliant. All the designs which used subversive factors must to be overthrown by the strength of the brand, otherwise the design will be unsuccessful.
