A Primary Study On The Relation Between The CPC And The "Triangular Organization" Regime

During the period of anti-Japanese war, "Triangular Organization" Regime, which was democratic regime, was established in anti-Japanese war base areas by people under The CPC's leadership. The CPC had shown its great leadership in leading "Triangular Organization" Regime, which laid a solid foundation for controlling regime nationwide.This paper consists of four parts. The first part is about the background of "Triangular Organization" principle's proposing.This second part discusses what the relation between the CPC and "Triangular Organization" Regime was like at three different historical stages (before "Triangular Organization" principle being proposed, after "Triangular Organization" Regime being established, after "Centralized Leadership" System being established ) ,and then figures out the CPC cognition about the relation was more distinct than before, that is to say, the CPC knew how to control and lead "Triangular Organization" Regime more clearly . This is represented in five aspects as follows:(1)The CPC knew the different functions between itself and "Triangular Organization" Regime more clearly , and assigned the tasks between them more definitely; (2)The CPC strengthened the construction of its member team and system in "Triangular Organization "Regime; (3)The CPC paid much attention to coordinating the interests among different parties; (4)The CPC controlled most positions in the grass-roots regime of "Triangular Organization" Regime to guarantee its strong influence; (5)The CPC cultivated a democratic atmosphere among its members through democratic practice.In view of that above, the relation between the CPC and "Triangular Organization" Regime got comparatively harmonious. And some faults that were hard to avoid existed in the relationship, which were attributed to misunderstanding or insufficient implementation of democracy. The comparison among there stages also showed that the CPC never gave up its great efforts to set up a normalized and harmonious relation between itself and "Triangular Organization" Regime. The CPC came into power nationwide afterwards, with the abundant experiences accumulated at the period of anti-Japanese war.The third part sums up three characteristics of the relation in "Triangular Organization" Regime.The forth part is the conclusion on the whole dissertation, expressing the historic experience and realistic significance of handling the relation between the party and the government.
