| In view of the distinct phenomenon of phonetic errors made by Russian beginners, based on Gagne's learning condition theory, this paper gives a in-depth analysis of cognitive process and condition of Chinese Learners in learning Russian speech, and sets forth the existent problems in different stages of the process. Moreover, a Russian phonetic teaching system has been designed and developed combining teaching experiences with cognitive psychoanalysis of learners in learning Russian, which has been testified in actual teaching.The paper comprises six parts.The context and establishment of the target issue constitute the first part. Providing the viewpoints of foreign expects on foreign language knowledge in different periods, the author attaches great importance to foreign speech teaching in foreign language teaching process. Aiming at the distinctness of phonetic error, the paper brings forward a solution to the problems in Russian phonetic teaching system and gives an introduction and analyst of current computational auxiliary of current computational auxiliary speech teaching.The second part is mainly presentation of relative theory in Russian speech teaching.
