Based on field surveys, the present paper conducts investigations and research on the inheritance of Kazak Arkin playing and singing in the background of Qansu village, taking the inheritance behavior of Kazak Arkin playing and singing in the Qansu village as the main line, with study, research, documentation and reference related to the academic achievements. According to first-hand information on the work of field, the methods and perspectives of investigations, ethnic music, musical anthropology, and anthropology of education are deployed to describe the inheritance system with an attempt to be faithful to people's intentions of these inherited music acts. Through the surface of Arkin playing and singing, the true nature of the music culture is observed. At the same time, spontaneously inherited ways in folks are compared with that in music education in schools in the hope that they can verify each other, complete each other and also provide a contrast and coexisting model to each other. The various problems of music education in schools and the advantages and disadvantages of inheritance systems of folks are reflected to make Kazak Arkin playing and singing more perfect and also contribute to help music education in schools in some way.The present paper is divided into five sections besides introduction and conclusion.Part I Through field surveys, the cultural background of symbiosis with Qansu village is described, mainly including population and the natural ecological environment, living habits, language, and religion in Qansu.Part II The basic state and characteristics of Arkin playing and singing in Qansu village, including the definition of"Arkin", the content and form of Arkin playing and singing.Part III Inheritance channels and the related folk in Kazak Arkin playing and singing in Qansu village are inspected. It focus on the inheritance of voluntary teacher in folks; the inheritance of society folk; the inheritance of Arkin playing and singing communities; the inheritance of Arkin playing and singing short courses and arts classes of Arkin in Kuitun.Part IV The experimental interpretation to the inheritance of Kazak Arkin playing and singing in Qansu village. Through the comparison and analysis, preliminary interpretations are made to inherited characteristics of Kazak Arkin playing and singing in Qansu village. Part V Reflection and recommendations are made to contemporary development of Arkin playing and singing in Qansu village. It is at the point of how to play the existing advantages of Kazak Arkin playing and singing and how to inherit better to future from the perspective of development.
