Guided by "Form - Inner - Value " three little triangular grammar, with cognitive grammar, this text will make an analysis of Chinese middle construction form semantic characteristic, semantic restraining and cognitive motivation and so on.It is argued in this thesis that Middle is across-linguistic phenomenon that bears universal properties but realized in different semantic and syntactic representations. It also points out semantic and syntactic standard of CMC.Part three classifies CMC two types: S1 [NP(patient) +V—qilai +AP ] and S2 [NP(patient) + hao / nan / rongyi +V ], and further divide S2 into two type :S2-1 [NP (patient) + hao 2 / nan1/ronyi + V_{双/单}] and S 2-2 [NP (patient) + hao 1 / nan2 + V_单], it analyzes semantic and characteristic properties of S1 and S2 fully.Part four makes an analysis that the cognitive reason of CMC in terms of cognitive grammar. In addition,pragmatical factor and dynamic grammar play a certain role. And style terms of the verb and responsibility terms of NP are to move and construct two legal terms once while guaranteeing.Part five is a comparison about Chinese MC in several respects. It includes the comparison between middle and similar voice, comparison between MC and other similar sentences in Chinese and comparison between CMC and EMC and other similar sentences.
