As one kind of literature forms, the gothicism has already become a tradition which has been continuing developing ,has profound influence in the west, and is called the gothicism tradition. As one of its independent branches, The feminist Gothicism has also been developing gradually and become grand The earliest feminist Gothicism can trace back to one British female writer Ann Radcliffe in 90s 18 centuries who created "the secret of the juduff". . Her novel founded a feminist Gothicism.The feminist Gothicism has already had the history for more than 200 years up to the present, having become a kind of independent style and tradition In 20 century, the studies on the Gothicism of the west have made breakthrough progress on the sex and the form realm, of which one important aspect is that the feminist angle of view was led into the Gothicism research which expanded one brand-new space for the feminist literature research. Therefore, as an independent research realm, feminist Gothicism's study has been developing gradually. The representative of Canadian main current literature Margaret Atwood's work occupies a place on the world literary circles and has been paid attention greatly because of the deep thought content and diverse art skill.This article tries to carry on a systemetical reading on Atwood's novel texts on the background of the feminist Gothicism's literature tradition and feminist Gothicism's research of theory, aiming at explaining Atwood not only inheritted a feminist Gothicism tradition completely, but also reformed and broke through feminist Gothicism's tradition in some aspects to a large extent, expanding the develop space of the feminist Gothicism literature .
