Wei Xi(1624--1680), zi Ning shu, , hao Shu zi, also Yuzhai.Ningduer (now Jiangxi Ningdu County) .He was the important proser in the early Qing dynasty. Together with Wang Wan, Hou Fangyu they three were called"Three famous Chinese classical proser"in the early Qing dynasty.He got prominent achievement in the Chinese classical literaty theory and the practice .With brother Wei Xiang (later changed Jirui), younger brother Wei Li they were called"Three Wei,s in Ningdu", and with Peng Shiwang, Lin Shiyi in Nanchang, Li Tengjiao, Qiu Weiping, Peng Ren, Zeng Can in Ningdu and so on nine people studied on"Yitang", therefore they were called"Nine in Yitang", and Wei Xi in nine achieved highest. His famous works were: Anthology of Wei Shuzi - 22 volumes, ZuoZhuanJingShi- ten volumes, Diary- three volumes.This article mainly focuses on Wei Xi's communicating and traveling and the ideology. Although Wei Xi in 39 years old started to go to travel Wu and Yue kingdoms, but in fact, continuously he widely made friends with these who were the people with pure and constant will. Wei Xi's many important thoughts were influenced by these friends directly. According to the scope of his making friends, we will divide it into three parts: One is internal contact in Yitang; mainly with Peng Shiwang, Qiu Weiping and etc. Two is the contact within the boundary of Jiangxi, mainly with Xie Wenyou Tu Sihuang and etc; Three is the contact outside Jiangxi , mainly with Fang Yizhi, Shi Runzhang and so on. In Wei Xi's ideology, the more famous includes two main parts: One is his literary thoughts coring on"accumulating ideas and practicing knowledge"and"learning for social practice". The second is his acute and practical education thoughts of brand will and ambition. Regard to WeiXi's literary thoughts, many predecessors had elaboration, however they were mostly here and there fragmentarily, and not systematic .The latter according to the author, the elaboration is extremely few, so that can be the unique interpretation, except for this, Wei Xi's complex other thoughts such as his military and political thinking also should be included. As to original resource of Wei Xi's thoughts, up to now, there is not special elaboration. We believe that, in the Wei Xi's thoughts, the very major part results from communication with persons in Tongtang and inner famous people . Therefore, we attempt to find out the people and details which had influenced him greatly through inspecting the communicating and traveling of him and his relatives and his friends . The famous people making friends with Wei Xi, even if the great reputation , if they didn't give Wei Xi big influence, this article also crosses them out.We mainly take Anthology of Wei Shuzi, Biographical chronology of Wei Shuzi as the core, and then research Wei's friends whom he communicated and traveling details.
