At the first-year graduate level, I am interested in TV documentary by learning Anthropology And Documentary Research. In this course, the teacher asked us to make a PPT to make an exhibition in the class and I have chosen the A Bite of China as sample. So the research of the communicating effect of A Bite of China was in the seed 2 years ago. As the time goes on, I have discovered that something on bite has become a normal appearance, so this makes my mind in researching this topic. This paper studies the communicating effect of the A Bite of China which is a TV documentary in our country by the data support of audience feedback and the means of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.It sets up the mathematic model and analyzes the data through the three aspects: audience feedback, the questonnaire survey analysis and the influences of sample communicating effect in different narrative elements. Then classify and summary the narrative elements used in the documentary. Finally, it comes to a conclusion that if applying these in TV documentary creation, it could enhance the communicating effect. In the research, data collecting and processing is the key to the question and I only use analysis of questionnaire survey so that the conclusion is unconvincing. Then I decided to research from au normal audiences and expert researchers by classing the data of audience feedback. After solving data classing, I have another key trouble that how to divide every goal level while creating the evaluation index hierarchy model of the communicating effect of A Bite of China. After referring to many information and documents, I decided to us the theory in part two and every goal level has been divided by referencing the generalization and narrow sense of communicating effect, “use and satisfaction” theory, the definition of audience feedback. Finally I have created the evaluation index hierarchy model of the communicating effect of A Bite of China. There is a third question that which method can be used to analyze the data supported by data and theory. I have refered to some books about math modeling and consult some classmates researching this field. Then I decided to use mathematic model of fuzzy to create mathematic model, calculate the actual example. Finally I have got the conclusion of the data. This can be seen as the key of this passage. It proves that narrative elements plays a decisive part in the TV documentary A Bite of China after analyzing the data.From the view of the audiences, some of their evaluations to a TV documentary come from the collision and combine between the narrative elements and its own documentary which gives the audiences the new Audio-Visual experience, makes the TV documentary more commonly exist in audiences' Audio-visual habits and achieves new development in the TV documentary. This passage use questionnaire survey to investigate from normal audiences and apply the evaluation index hierarchy model of the communicating effect of A Bite of China to estimate the conclusion estimated by three masters of communications. As well as, I summarize that narrative elements plays a decisive part in the TV documentary A Bite of China.From the view of the disseminator, the audiences' feedback has an effect on creation. And the TV documentaries that the audiences like and voluntarily transmit are these which can cause make the psychological satisfaction to the audiences. Communicating effect is divided into psychical expecting communicating effect of transmitters and actual communicating effect of receiver. The differences between the expect communicating effect and actual communicating effect influence transmitters' expectation of the same series productions and audiences' satisfaction to the second production of the transmitter. The communicating effect of the A Bite of China are decided by the proper use of narrative elements in the first season of A Bite of China. The audiences feedback of the first season effects audiences' expectation and satisfaction to the second season.From the view of the development of the TV documentary, A Bite of China becomes a milestone in the TV documentary in our country. On the one hand, it's a representative works which must be mentioned in communicating effect of the TV documentary in our county; on the other hand, it becomes a brand, and even a symbol. The comparative analysis, audiences feedback and the conclusion of evaluation index hierarchy model of the communicating effect in two seasons can provide the direction to the TV documentaries' creating in the future.The first part of the this paper mainly presents the research background, significance, and the situation, and uses the means of documents research, quantitative analysis, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and mathematic model to create a evaluation index hierarchy model of the communicating effect of A Bite of China. The part two presents the general situation of A Bite of China,and makes sure that the A Bite of China can be the sample of the wonderful TV documentary. Then sort, induct and summarize the theories used in this paper. The part three fully proves that the narrative elements are the determinant of influences of the communicating effect by the means of using the index value and the variable which tree masters of communications used the mathematic model of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to mark as. The fourth part mainly use the quantitative analysis and the questionnaire survey to compare and analyze the differences of communicating effect between the first and second season of the sample. The fifth part analyzes and concludes the internal cause and external cause in the communicating effect of narrative elements and makes a conclusion that narrative element is the determinant to effect the communicating effect by classifying and summarizing the narrative elements in every episodes of two seasons. Finally, the sixth part describes the future of the TV documentary's creation in our country through topic selecting, research method, region dissemination analysis, network pave and traditional culture propaganda.This conclusion shows the classification of narrative elements in A Bite of China and qualitative research of audience feedback. And make sure that using audience feedback can help TV documentary to promote the communicating effect. Narrative elements plays a decisive part in the communicating effect. This passage have an important reference value in the same TV documentaries researching. There are some deficiencies in classing communicating effect particularly and the expectation of TV documentary because of the limitation of level. In the future researching, I will improve myself and research incisively in the relationship between communicating effect of narrative elements.
