During the process of three educational system transformations in late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, by way of school educational system, Chinese modern literary theory, from the emergence of Guimao academic system's discipline quality to the revelation of discipline consciousness in Renzi-Guichou academic system and to the formation of a set of unified and operative discourse pattern, classroom structure and teaching method in Renxu academic system. Its legitimate role in the genealogy of knowledge is finally established, and, its position as a form of knowledge is formed in modern china. In Guimao academic system, Chinese modern literary theory gradually detaches itself from the original chaotic mixture of literary history, literary theory and literary criticism, signifying the rough establishment of Chinese modern literary theory features, which is of modern significance. Literary theory's first and striking appearance in Renzi Guichou academic system and its paralleling with relative subjects such as philosophy, aesthetics, rhetoric show that the role of literary theory in the knowledge genealogy is recognized and literary theory is starting to build itself as a separate discipline. Meanwhile, the rough formation of the literary system's working mode makes it possible for literary theory to offer the transformation of new paradigm new production, dissemination and evaluation models. Therefore literary theory as a specialized discipline in classroom teaching and academic research becomes possible. Renxu educational system provides a system guarantee to the creation and implementation of modern literary theory discourse system. Literary theory through educational system provide a system guarantee to the creation and the implementation of modern literary discourse as well as the modern transformation of modern literary discourse system. Literary theory, through educational system, is widely recognized, which provides a prerequisite to the popularity of modern theory discourse, the writing of literary theory textbook and literary research paper. At the same time, Renxu academic system plans the teaching content of literary theory course initially constructs the teaching methods, which offers a set of unified and easily operative pattern to the teaching of literary theory.A sort of knowledge, with the help of authority, appearing in the form of regulations and laws, will become a power discourse. Thus literary theory discourse is inevitably infected with power color. There are two ways for literary theory to become a power discourse: The first way is to adopt rhetoric to act by saying, that is, through rhetoric pragmatics, which values rhetoric's role in the expression of literary theory, and explores such a unique phenomenon: people in different historical periods use different rhetorical approaches to address the same thing. As far as the discipline of literary theory, the adoption of the discipline's name and the formation of modern discourse pattern mean that a new language code has been formed inside the discipline. And this code makes the connotation and rules of the literary discourse become self-evident knowledge, and literary theory gets the powers to say or disclaimer. The other way to be a power discourse is through the mandate of the national educational system. literary theory becomes an important indicator in late Qing dynasty and early Republic of China just because the government authority establish its position in educational system, and then naturally it enters the school classroom and research institutes, beginning its professional teaching and research. The combination of literary theory and educational system enables, in the process of literary theory's imparting and receiving, the literary knowledge that are introduced not pure knowledge but also a power discourse because of it's connection with political discourse.
