| Through the analysis of present flash animation, this dissertation points out the main existent problem of the flash animation. It aims at the way to resolve these problems, and puts forward the development thought of flash animation. The dissertation analyzes the development process, characteristics, present condition of flash animation and the development process challenge of it faces, pointing out that flash animation has already been tied up in the "special" corner at present, though it becomes a kind of fashion. This isn't an active representation, but passive. This kind of limitation has already obstructed the development of flash animation. The dissertation analyzes the existed problems from the technique, manifestation and the art angles, puts forward that flash animation is just used in the dynamic state appearance of the flash creation, lack of artistry and the commonness of the animation. That embodies the ego obturation of the technique means, the oneness of manifestation, the imperfection of narration and sentiment method, etc. The dissertation aims at the way to resolve the problems of flash animation. Flash animation can't depend on flash excessively from the technique angle, which should in virtue of other techniques to abandon visual representation of flash animation. Improving the character ability, flash animation can't only seek for the "special" style. Holding animation movement regulation, which can't depend on few kinds of transmogrification modality excessively the flash provided, which makes action monotonous and stiff. Mastering the foundation knowledge of the lens design and the manifestation of lens, mastering the flowing method of lens allied connect, holding the space and time of lens, which could improve the narration and expression ability. The dissertation puts forward the development thought of flash animation from the layer of animation, the team work of flash animation and the commercialization of the flash animation, etc.
