Sino-Russian economic exchanges date back to ancient times, in which the Ku economic relations between China and Russia is the most important element. 1689 "Treaty of Nipchu " signed, the government of the Qing Dynasty to the first treaty in the form of trade with Russia, Russia's caravan was China trade treaty basis. 1728 "Qiaketu Treaty" was signed, opening Qiaketu Sino-Russian border trade as a location, This makes Russia for many years to achieve their dream of expanding trade to China's wishes, Trade relations between the two countries to create the conditions.In September ,1728, Qiaketu taide trade officially began. Until the end of the 18th century, it is the development period of the Qiaktu trade. During this time, because of the influence of the Russian government monopoly on Russion-sino and the Qing dynasity's "by business foreign country" policy. It tade had not show its supperority,, it developed extremely slowly, the 19th century first halves is the most prosperous period of the Qiaketu trade. China and Russia absorbed the experiences and lessons of last period, started to devote to the business and manage ment of the Qiaketu trade business.The momentum of the rapid development of trade showed. Meanwhile, the Tea became the most important trading commodities in Sino-Russion trade, the domestic tea trafficking created Shanxi merchants rising. The 19th century next half ,Qiaketu trade declined, which was mainly caused by the invasion of Russia. From the 1950s, Tsarist Russia compelled the Qing government to sign a series of unequal treaties, obtained many trade privileges. The important status which Qiaketu took has no longer existed which has been the only tradeing port between China and Russia ,the Chinese merchants also bankrupted. When the Middle East railway was completed in 1903, Sino-Russian trade has shifted its strategic focus from Qiaketu Xinjiang to the northeastern of china, Qiaketu trade reached the end.Ku the existence of the two countries and two peoples, and indeed the entire world have a major impact. Certainly, the lessons of history are worth considering. Overall, the Ku decline is a historical necessity, but it's the history of Sino-Russian trade and economic status are worthy of recognition.
