In our country history, Qing Dynasty is the last feudal dynasty, during its reign oftwo hundred and sixty years, a unified multi-ethnic country obtained unprecedentedconsolidation and development. The political, economic, and cultural development israpid, the national communication, and many of the policies for later inherited. Afterthat, the Qing government and the Russian government had formal contacted. Betweenboth sides of the political, economic and cultural had a far-reaching impact on twocountries. During the period of Kang Yong Qian dynasty, between China and Russiawas the beginning of the relationship about the development and deepening stage.After the signing of the Nerchinsk Treaty, not only identified the eastern border ofChina and Russia, but also the two countries formally established trade relations, so thecapital trade flourished. After the Kyakhta treaty was signed, not only determined themiddle section of the border for China and Russia,but also laid the foundation for therise between the Qing and Russia government of the border trade. After the Kyakhtacity Treaty was signed on, had be made the ancient trade between China and Russiaentered in a gold era. During the period of Kang Yong Qian dynasty, the relationshipbetween China and Russia government were contradictory and interdependent. Forgreat economic benefits of Tsarist Russia, it had to stop the expansion of the territory,while the Qing government also needs the border stability to deal with the ethnicaffairs in homeland. Stability of the regime due to the early Qing dynasty, Russia’sstrategic focused in Europe, in most cases, the exchanges between the two countrieshave equal status. So it is necessary to correct understanding of the early Qing Dynastyof China-Russia trade relations. So that people can clearly understand the context ofthe development between the Qing and Russian government. It’s helpful to deepen theunderstanding of the Qing Dynasty relations with the West.In this thesis, it’s starting from the two countries relations of Qing dynasty andRussia, and focus on the analysis of the trade policy of two countries during the earlyQing dynasty, and how about the attitude of the two governments on bilateral trade.Because the two rulers for different purposes, the periods of policy on trade betweenthe two countries have different impacts. In this thesis, by studying the differentpolicies on Russia in period of the Kang Yong Qian dynasty, to research the trade characteristics and the impact of bilateral political, economic and cultural between thetwo countries of China and Russia during the early Qing Dynasty.
