This paper targets the literature dissemination under the background of information age, which is called "new medium literature". It includes internet literature and mobile literature. All these changes are influencing the spiritual life of modern people. Besides the related features of internet literature, mobile literature processes other features such as more wide-spread popularization, more speedy dissemination, strong commerciality and entertaining ability.Because of the advanced modern technology, internet and mobile literature have a great advantage over traditional literature, which results in the certain impact on traditional literature. This causes change of modern aesthetic idea, influences traditional literary language, impacts on traditional publishing management system, makes spiritual consumption fast-food-like and imperceptibly alters reading habit.Facing the impact of the emergent literature, traditional literature still firmly exists with its irresistible reasonability. Traditional literature makes use of internet and mobile literature resources, proposes new topics, launches publishing activities and achieves good economic and social effect. The new medium literature and traditional literature open up an interactive, blending and win-win prospect. Although the development of internet and mobile literature tends to be strong, there are many problems exist.
