English language is more and more popular in the international world. Especially after getting the access to the WTO and applying for the Olympic Games successfully, English study is so popular that almost every person considers it the most important in China. On the contrary, it seems so hard for us to master it. The aim of this article is to solve this awkward problem.This study was lasting for one year in the public foreign language classroom in Northeast Normal University, based on the new theory of Children's Language Development, in order to construct the suitable instructional models.This thesis refers to (1) Literature methodology; (2) Action research; (3) Launch the instructional experiment ;( 4) Informal discussion and questionnaire.Since then, there have been two kinds of communicative instructional models to be constructed:(1) The teaching model of teacher- led and learner-centered, which contains 6 steps: Creating skits to review the learnt knowledge; Introducing the topic and illustrate the sub-assignment; Self-reading and self-listening under the help of courseware; Communicating and applying into the virtual reality; Checking and emphasizing he key points; Comprehensive application and making a revision.(2) The teaching model of learning by teaching, which contains 5 steps: understanding the topic and distributing the assignment; Discussing with other members who share the same assignment; Looking for resources to teach the rest students; Teaching inside of the group and applications; Checking performing and making a revision.
