The fundamental objective of oral Chinese teaching as a foreign language is to cultivate students' language communicative ability.In the class,teachers often adopt task teaching method,situational teaching method,example method,and so on.In addition,teachers are trying new teaching methods.In recent years,Anchored Instruction Model is gradually applied to the oral Chinese teaching as a foreign language.The model is based on the Constructivism Theory.It includes five teaching steps,such as establishment situation;identify problems,autonomous learning,collaborative learning,effect assessment.In teaching,the teaching model follows the principle of practicality,systemic principle,moderate difficulty and student-centered principle.This teaching model also conform to the requirements of the goal of primary oral teaching,meeting the independence and expression of the teaching object,covering several teaching methods,which is feasible.The paper take the 13 th lesson “they all say that the dumplings I make are delicious” of Elementary Speaking Course II as the teaching content,taking the B class of language class in the institute of international communication of Bohai university as the teaching object to carry out the teaching design and aim at the teaching to carry on evaluation and improvement.Through the analysis of classroom teaching practice and questionnaire survey,It can be concluded that there are some problems,such as the degree of speak Chinese and students' participation are different in the teaching practice of throwing Anchored Instruction Model.Therefore,teachers should be based on students' level,age,personality and acceptance level to carry on the classroom teaching and make flexible design of classroom teaching activities according to the actual situation of the class.After the class,summary and reflections should be taken timely to improve teaching efficiency and achieve the teaching effect of Anchored Instruction Model.
