The high vocal music teaching because receives the influence on the specialized music colleges and universities to be ingrained, the teaching idea, the course content, the teaching method, the educational model and so on all do not have change appearances. Unceasingly expands in continuously recruit students in several years, quality of the vocal music teaching do not have obvious progress. In 2001, the Chinese Ministry of Education formulates "Full-time Compulsory education Music Curriculum Standard", which manifests musical esthetic experience as a core. It also causes the study content vividly interesting, and takes the musical practice, advocates the comprehensive discipline, encourages the musical creation and so on. The Standard not only have the epoch-making vital significance regarding our elementary and middle schools musical education, but also the set a higher request on teachers who are engaged in the high music education. As high music education important constituents, high vocal musical teaching has the responsibilities, which cannot be shirked, it raise elementary and middle schools musical teachers' important mission. In order to improve the entire national musical culture qualities, and train the talented person, high vocal music educational must be reformed imperative. This article through reform history reviews on the high vocal musical educational, facing the vocal musical teaching situation. It proposed that the high vocal music educational reform significantly in the 21st century. The high vocal musical teaching should discuss and research the teaching idea, the course content, and teaching method. Key point is in the fourth part thereunto.This article uses the analytic method, the experience summarizing, comparison test and so on. The author using the correlation theory explores the high vocal musical feasibility of the idea, content, and method. And it makes every effort to the high vocal musical teaching in the positive guidance function.
