Art teachers education of Chinese high normal university is cultivating art teachers as a "machine tool" ,and already cultivated generation after generation fine art educators for Chinese middle and primary schools.With the development of fine art curriculum reformation in middle and primary schools,educational practice meet the urgent need for a large number of outstanding and well discipline fine art teachers that can adapt for the reformation.It also constantly cause us to think about the issue of our current fine art teacher cultivating mode of art teachers education of Chinese high normal university.The thesis based on fine art educational practice as the starting point,due to the background of development of present fine art teachers education of Chinese high normal university,regarded the current status of art education profession in chinese high normal university as an example,tried to analyse the reasons of neglecting theory and practice in arts education of high normal university under the phenomena of surface layer,depicted the brand-new basic framework that art teachers education of Chinese high normal university cultivate middle and primary art teachers,offered helpful reference for practice refomation of art teachers education of Chinese high normal university.This thesis is made of three parts,the preface,the main body and the conclusion.In the preface,the writter mainly introduce the problem defined of this thesis,bring out the questions,the purpose of the study and used research ideas and methods,and mainly analyse the research status of art educational practice of Chinese high normal university.Then,cited different stages' requirements for educational practice of our country teachers cultivation,and analyse the general trend of reform,and summarized some of the recent research results,analyse the inadequate of the current research and merit.The main body of the thesis includes three main parts.The first part,mainly analyse the history of educational practice in Chinese high normal university and the current status of art educational practice.The curriculum of art educatianal practice in Chinese high normal university is a organic system,whether the research reform or carry out,must adopt a comprehensive analysis from historic perspective,so,at first through back to the history in this part,proved some of the causes of the problem and can be developed in the tradition;then start with the entirety,analyse the existence problem of the educational practice curriculum of art teachers education in Chinese high normal university.At last,analyse the factors that affect current art education practice curriculum of Chinese high normal university,include institutions,school teachers,normal students, curriculum and teaching work of art educational practice,the current status of teaching and practice of art teacher education in Chinese high normal university.Through analysis,a lot of problem that concealing behind phenomenon can be appeared:The curriculum design of art teacher education in Chinese high normal university still follows the example of the professional fine arts universities and college;The normal concept of art teachers of art teachers education major in high normal university is weak;The current situation of fine art teachers is not high in Chinese middle and primary school,bring the inactive effect to the teach determination of the normal students in school;by the reason of lack of attention to the sister arts,high normal education can not cope with the demand for arts synthesis curriculum in middle and primary schools etc.The second part,build a new art education practice mode. First draw a horizontal abroad in experience for direction;Then,on the theory and research,put responses to the construction of new art education practice curriculum :1.Extend and scatter the time of art educational practice,diversity practice mode ;2.Confirm the teacher belief of normal students,pay attention to integrating theory with practice,training really teaching ability ;3.Guide teachers ought to devote into the forefront of Chinese middle and primary schools education reformation,makes self become a " studies type " guide teacher and can make correct direction ,analyse and estimate to normal students.High normal Universities should take positive measures,for example to remove the "2 + 2" mode of education,strengthen theorital curriculum of arts education and lead into comprehensive arts discipline,increasing the fusion of sisters art and the synthesis with discipline outside art,strengthen cooperation with middle and primary schools,build the system of rewards and penalties for educating practice and so on.Third, by the above summary of a preliminary look to the future reform of the higher education division of art trends.At present, the educational practice reformation of art teachers education in Chinese high normal university is at the exploratory stage,the reformation is a process to challenge to the old curriculum system.In the new century,the educational practice curriculum of art teachers education in Chinese high normal university should reflect the trend of development by the educational reformation of art teachers education in Chinese high normal university,and a gradual increase trend of the requirement of art teachers in chinese middle and primary schools . Actively expand the form of art educational practice , to explore theoretical knowledge in the field of art teachers education. constantly improve the quality of art teachers education; the need to explore the basis of objective practice.Art Education Teachers revised and strengthened curriculum,teaching content and teaching methods.Art education in chinese high normal university can hold competitive to cope with challenges in the new century.
