The Artistic Characteristic Of Nanjing Ming Dynasty Research

A specific region's art history is discussed in this article based on the period of the Nanjing Ming Dynasty. In the existing achievement of various artistic development, this article summarizes respective characteristic, indicate how important Nanjing was in the whole period of Ming Dynasty, and append the Ming Dynasty qua metropolis research instance.To have the research of the artistic characteristic of Nanjing Ming Dynasty as a goal, the artistic development characteristic, the artistic genre characteristic, the artistic life characteristic and the artistic influence characteristic, total four ways are issued respectively in this article. Much is written respectively in the artistic development characteristic chapters from the beginning of the Ming Dynasty and the middle of the Ming Dynasty to the late of this Dynasty. The artistic genre characteristic is issued in plastic art, performing art and literary art. The artistic life characteristic is issued in several fields: the upper classes, folklore, entertainment, the music courtesan or extend. The influence on society culture by the art of Nanjing Ming Dynasty then and the art achievement respond to the afterworld, which compose the characteristic of art influence, that is discussed in the final sections.As the focus of art during the Ming Dynasty, Nanjing had momentous consequences on history, this article improves an insight into the art of Nanjing Ming Dynasty, enriches the study of regional artistic history in ancient China.
