The Application And Development Of Modern Technology Under The Control Of Ecological Ethic

Based on theory that "ecological crisis leads to the liability analyses of the social ethic, which cause it to develop from the traditional planar structural system (including the competent tropism of obtaining the resource and the equal tropism of distributing the resource) to the modern three-dimensional structural system" (adding "the evaluated tropism of the ecological value"), the dissertation probes into the modern ecological change of social ethic, and the rationality of the technical behavior from the aspect of ecological ethic as well as the ecological rationality of the ethic control in the technical transform, i.e., the interrelationship between "technical transform" and "ethical transform" from the ecological perspective. Accordingly, the dissertation makes an analysis of the ethical conflicts and the plight of evaluation, then analyze ethical persistence and ethical transform from the perspective of ecological regulation.Destruction of environment and the ecological crisis are generated with the development of the modern technology. The dissertation explains how the modern technology integrate the identity of "the first productivity" in the society and the social image under the conflicts from the identity of "the first destructive power" in ecology, also discusses about the damage of "almighty theory" and "the chief-criminal theory" of technology which form two extreme attitude of "indulgement" and "abstinency" on the platform of ethical evaluation.The dissertation also mentions the following issues: under the control of the ecological ethic, how to control the ecological risks of high-tech in modern technical research and how to avoid the potential damage of applying modern high and new technology to the ecology in order to analyze the conflicts between the ethical evaluation and interest choice of "black technology" and "green technology"; also make a forecast of the ethical risks of the modern technology under the ecological ethical regulations on the basis of grasping the "angle-and devil" two-side essence of the technology in dialectic way in order to create a new era of "green technology".
