Language not only is subjective,but also is objective, knowing their own language people can know themselves, and further know the objective world. Language is social, the language of a certain society reflects the characteristics of its culture, cognition and so on. The research of Chinese expression in body and mind feeling indicates the form and the constitution mechanism of itself, which is helpful for us to know the cognition way and the understanding way to the emotion of our nation ,and also is helpful to know the relations between the language and people's cognition to the world.This paper studies the form of Chinese expression in body and mind feeling, indicats the object to it and has made some description of its characteristics.And mainly from a angle of cognition ,discusses its constitution mechanism and the characteristics combining with psychology, physiology and culture. At last the paper sketchily analyzes the esthetic value of the form of Chinese expression in body and mind feeling. The research discovers that, the object of the expression in body and mind feeling includes the psychological feeling and the physiological feeling;The syntax form including the phrase and the sentence, the phrases mainly involve the idioms and歇后语(a two-part common expression whose last part is sometimes omitted) ; The rhetoric way includes metaphor, exaggeration, dielectric and so on;There are many phenomenons of concept metaphor in the expression in the emotion ,.which mainly belong to the position metaphor and the entity metaphor; Its esthetic value lays in creating the unique bright esthetic image, which is advantageous to make the characters vivid and profound.
