The Study On Constructing Harmonious Society And The Ethics Concern Of Social Vulnerable Groups

Accompanying with the dual transformation of econnomy and society in our country ,the question of social vulnerable groups is being prominent ,which becomes the social question that must pay attention when we construct the harmonious society .The reason of social vulnerable groups existence is that our country social structure is unreasonable, and the social welfare is incomplete. social vulnerable groups undertake the heavier social reformation price ,so the society must pay more specially attention to the them, not only the material, but also the concern from ethics.From ethics' angle, This article that takes Marx's fair theory as a foundation, profits from Rolles's justice theory .Under the harmonious society constructing background ,we must discuss the social vulnerable groups question and train all the people to respect and approval and then try to construct the entire society's ethics concern system for the social vulnerable groups ,thus socialism harmonious society's construction will become better. The harmonious society has the characteristic of fair condition, safe movement and health development. The communist society that Marx and Engels conceiveed is the fair just society .Rolles advocated that we must give social vulnerable groups for specially consideration and compensation to realize. The two ideas are all agree with the construction harmonious society .In order to realizes the society fair and harmonious development ,we must eliminate the polarization ,and protect the social vulnerable groups .At present our country has implemented to the widespread social security, the aid system, the social welfare and the issurance system ,witch alleviated ' survival pressure in a certain .But the situation that society discriminates and repels to social vulnerable groups in psychology dosen't have a new look ,witch urgent needs to implement ethics concern to social vulnerable groups.The ethics concern pays attention to human's survival condition from ethics angle, and conforms to the human nature living condition to human's dignity to affirm, as well as to humanity's liberation and the free pursue, its goal is respecting the human's life and the dignity, safeguarding human's right to subsistence and development .This article thought the ethics concern of social vulnerable groups includes following aspects at least: (1)The government should sets up the ruling idea of making people the center and fair;(2)Guarantee social vulnerable groups' basic right and reveal their value;(3)Eliminate rejustion to social vulnerable groups repel and initiate personality equality;(4)Develope the traditional moral excellence and build the social environment of assisting social vulnerable groups .In order to realize the ethics concern to social vulnerable groups ,we must seek opportunity equality, assignment fairly ,consummation effectively way and the society approve.
