The research of women's chastity in Ming Dynasty is the outstanding characteristic of the research of the women in Ming Dynasty. With the development of the research of regional women, there has been a large progress in the research of regional women in Ming Dynasty. In order to reveals the essence of woman's chastity in Ming Dynasty, the author take the women of Han nationality in North China as an example, collect and arrange the deed of women' behavior, analyze the trait of chastity and the cause of woman's behavior in chastity in North China. The research of the women of Han nationality' chastity in North China in Ming Dynasty, put it in Liao, Jin, Yuan and Ming Dynasty to investigate the Chastity trend common custom and evaluate the standard of women trend single.From the specially historical affairs, the status and age of the virtuous women in North China, and women in region, this paper tries to analyze the affect of the Neo-confucian viewpoint on chastity to women in North China. Chastity of women in North China not only display the wife loyal and steadfast, but also emphasize women dedicate their power to family, it shows the Trinitarian pattern . For example, support their husband's parent, preserve chastity after husband's death, foster their children. Though public opinion initiated chastity, bereft women' parent and their father-in-law, relatives forced widows to remarry. Because conflict between loving care and ethical code, lead to their life more tragic. Get rid of reason and influence, those lower level women confronted incomplete family in suffer hunger and cold, still supported their father and mother-in-law, and fostered their children, their spirit is laudable.
