Objective: Aiming at the current undergraduates'personality trait and behavior, this paper's purpose is to study whether individual personality, sex, the only child and location can influence compliance. And the author designs four different situations to see if subjects will behavior different or not in the condition and the influence of their personality on it.Method: Adopting questionnaires including GCS, YG Character Test and compliance situation questionnaires, to collect information from 614 students, coming from Jiangxi Normal University, Jiangxi Broadcasting University and Nanchang Engineering University. There are 259 males and 355 females, ageing from 17 to 25. The author uses SPSS 12.0 to analyze the data and use t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis.Result: (1)The twelve personality factors except N and CO, are significantly correlate with the compliance. Personality influences the compliance. Male and female behavior differently in compliance, being a only-child or not and location do not influence their compliance. (2) Hint, question style and task difficulty can significantly influence their compliance, but the person relationship does not show significant difference. In four situations, high compliance group, middle compliance group and low compliance group have significant differences. (3) Personality type can influence their compliance in the condition of hint, question style and task difficulty, but not in the person relationship.Conclusion: Undergraduates'compliance can be influenced by their personality factors. Hint, question style and task difficulty can significantly influence their compliance, but the person relationship does not show significant difference.
