This questionnaire has a high reliability and validity by statistical test. Justice sensitivity questionnaire edited by Schmitt et al.(2010) was revised. The revised questionnaire contained4dimensions which were the same as the original questionnaire. The measuring tools of Justice Implicit Traits Belief-wa.s developed and contained3dimensions. They were positive implicit traits belief, neutral trait belief and negative traits belief. In addition, the EPQ(RSC) was also used in this research.625undergraduates were asked to finish the questionnaires mentioned above. The results showed that:1. when the undergraduates were treated unfairly, they chose initiative-constructive coping style most, passive-constructive coping style was the second, passive-unconstructive coping style was the third, and initiative-unconstructive coping style was the least.2.Perpetrator Sensitivity of undergraduates was the highest, Beneficiary Sensitivity was the second, Victim Sensitivity was the third and Observer Sensitivity was the lowest. 3.Positive traits belief was the highest, neutral traits belief was the second, and negative traits belief was the lowest.4.In different unfair situations, undergraduates used different coping styles. Compared with "no stress-no effect" situation, undergraduates in "No stress effective" situation or "stressful-effective" situations were inclined to choose initiative-constructive coping style; Compared with three other situations, undergraduates in "no stress-no effect" situation were inclined to choose initiative-unconstructive coping style; Compared with "no stress-no effect" situation, undergraduates in "stressful-no effect" situation were inclined to choose the passive-constructive coping style; Compared with "stressful-effective" situation, undergraduates in "stressful-no effect" situation were inclined to choose the passive-unconstructive coping style.5. Justice sensitivity, justice trait belief and personality traits and some other were exterior influencing factors and they can be used to predict the coping style, the results were as following:initiative-constructive coping style was predicted by justice sensitivity positively; initiative-unconstructive coping style was predicted by justice sensitivity and negative traits belief positively, and it was also predicted by psychoticism and neuroticism negatively; passive-constructive coping style was predicted by justice sensitivity and negative traits belief positively, and it was also predicted by neuroticism negatively; passive-unconstructive coping style was predicted by justice sensitivity and negative trait belief positively, and it was also predicted by neuroticism negatively. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | undergraduates, coping styles when treated unfairly, situations, justicesensitivity, justice trait belief, personality traits | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
