The Correcting And Annotating To The Poesies Of Wenyanbo

Wen Yanbo (1006--1097),born in Jiexiu Fen Zhou Northern Song Dynasty, passed theimperial examination at the Nation level in fifth Tian Sheng year. He has worked forRen,Ying,Shen and Zhe sovereignes,and been an official about seventy years. He assumed theofficer as Prosecuting Attorney, Transfer Governor of Hedong, Assistant Administrator,Manager of Governmental Affairs and Grand Minister of State. He was confer upon LuguoDuke.He retired as Taishi in sixth Yuan Feng Year and supervised the empire as Manager ofImportant National Security Matters again five years later.Wen Yanbo is excellent,and has many achievements in Poesies, odes, essays andcalligraphies. As a representative poet of the late Xi Kun school,his poesy showed greatpreciseness and perfect rhyme. He puts greater weight on expressions of strong passionswhich lends his poetry a tinge of freshness and grace. It suggests the poets of the late Xikungroup's subconscious inheritance and break-through in their poetic creation. His Poesiesreflects the changes of Chinese classical poesies from Tang Dynasty to Song Dynasty.During the Yuan Feng Years, Wen Yanbo originated many Parnassus such as "Wu lao", "Qi ying"and "Tong jia" with many Elderly mainly constituted by some patriarchs of theCourt in Luoyang.They take the literature as taches for ally, which hence put forward thecolonization and collectivization of the literati in the Northern Song Dynasty. To correct andannotat the poesies of Wen yanbo, It will be beneficial to analyse the characteristic about hisworks, and thought ideas and collect the special value so as to fully understand his status inthe Song Dynasty even the whole Chinese literature history and to well learn the literaturedevelopment and te political cultural view of the late Northen Song.This dissertation is based on the edition of Luguo duke Wen published by Wangzhen inJiajing 5th year, referenced by other classic materials,such as the edition of Luguo duke Wencorrected by Qu xibang and Ji xichou, the edition of Luguo duke Wen corrected andsupplemented by Fu zengxiang, the photocopy of imperial Collection of Four Stored inWenyuan pavilion,the first edit about fight mountain series, History of Song, and so on. Oncomparatively and completely correcting and annotating this collection, we can see severalaspects of the anthology, such as Wen yanbo's life career, thoughts,poems and influence inliterature history, so as to make a comparatively scientific and objective and fair evaluation onthe poesies of Wen Yanbo.
