A Study On The Labor Legislation Of The Soviet Power Of The Communist Party Of China

The laobour law is the law to protect working class ,to make the relation between working class and the bourgeoisie harmonious .The Chinese proletariat came into being under historical condition becoming semicolonial and semifeudal society in Chinese, since the Chinese workers came out, being oppressed by the feudality and the bourgeoisie of the foreign country and the homeland, their income is very low , the working condition was very very bad. Since the Communist Party of China seted up , her leaded labour movement actively, brought forward the policy protecting the labourers. After the base regime was founded , base area of the Communist Party of China , had promulgated a series of labour policy , labour law and regulation protecting the labourers, these labour policy , law and regulation protected one's immediate or vital interests of the working class , improved their the enthusiasm to construct base area ,to defend base area. But some aspects of the Labor Law was not unsuitable to the concreat condition of the base area have brought about certain negative influence. This thesis emphasizes on progress of above-mentioned problem of labour legislations.of the Communist Party of China in Soviet period , this thesis is made up of five parts.The first part ,the foundmentle of labor proposition of Communist Party of China on labor protection in the great revolution. This part is in progress to the Communist Party of China labour legislation characteristic in two aspects c, the workers , labour union participate in the Labor Law implementation , the Communist Party of China labour legislation accepted Communist International's effect very much.The fifth part , Valuation on labour legislation of the soviet. This part includes the labour legislation accomplishment , inactive affects on the base constraction by the labour legislation .
