Folktale is one of the most common and widely spread genres in the world。Folktale is classified into different types for research purpose。Among those, folktales of magic, folktales of everyday life, and folktales about animals are common to the nations in the world。We have chosen the folktales of everyday life to be the object of this article。Research of such a theme involves the studies of its content, structure, literary characteristics, religious beliefs, it would be impossible to include all these in such a short article o Therefore we will only talk about the world views of Uighur expressed in Uighur folktales of everyday life o The reason for choosing this type of folktales in order to study the worldviews of Uighur people is that these tales mainly describe real people and their life, in which wisdom of folks accumulated over a long period of time, their philosophies on life, core moral values are directly and explicitly expressed。These tales can help people set up better world views, enlighten the young about our cultural heritage, give them good moral teaching and play an important role in building harmonious sosietyo At present Uighur people are going through a time of rapid change in their world views and moral values, doing such a research has some significant meanings。This article consists of iveparts such as preface, the main body, conclusion, notes, and appendix。 The preface is made up of three parts such as a brief introduction to folktales of everyday life, the significance of carrying out this research, and general state of its research。Three chapters made up the main body of the article。In this we mostly discuss the views of Uighur people on marriage, love, the role of husbands and wives' in the family, and the child rearing。In the final part, we have summarized the new research results。...
