In the spring breeze of reform and opening up, today the Hunan people are building their homes with the high level of enthusiasm, and scored remarkable achievements. Memories Of the past and looking toward the future, drawing on the lessons of the past, learning from past experiences, learning from history, can go straight, and therefore the study period Hunan Dynasty economic development of present and future economic development will be long and far-reaching impact to Hunan.At that time,the Hunan economy development appeared the second peak. This part mainly elaborated the agricultural development performance and ,the reason, including the usage of the iron farm tools, the promotion of the cow-plough, planting the rice wheat, the enhancement of the agricultural technology level, the population growth and increasing the cultivated areas, the development of the diversified management,the fine water conservation condition and geographical environment as well as the local government officials' effective management and so on.The fourth part mainly elaborated the Han Dynasty handicraft industry development in Hunan. This part elaborated the handicraft industry development from seven aspects, including the textile industry, the printing and the embroidery, the earthenware and the chinaware, the lacquerware, the copperware and the iron hardware, the glass, jade article and rockware, the ship-building industry and making vehicle as well as brewing alcohol industry. The fifth part elaborated Han Dynasty commerce, the transportation and the city development in Hunan. This part elaborated this content from the usage of the currency, the circulation and the manufacture of the currency, the transportation shipping industry development, the trade development as well as building the cities and so on.The sixth part is a conclusion. It mainly summarized the Han Dynasty economy development and the achievement as well as the influence to the Hunan economy later on.
