Deng Xianhe Biographical Chronology

Deng Xianhe was a famous poet and scholar in Hu Nan province between theregin ofJia Qing and Dao Guang of Qing dynasty, whose works totalled over 40 kindsand 1000 volumes. Except poems and proses, his main achievement was collectionand compilation of native literatural documents of Hu Nan: compilation andpublishment of "Compilation and collect ion of poems by celebrities around the ZiJiang river" and "Compilation collection of poems by celebrities around the YuanJiang and Xiang Jiang river" Creased compilation of "Chu Bao". Edition of "statehistory of Wu Gang" and "State history of Bao Qin". oranization of "whole book ofZhou Zi"and "Gui Zhai collection", which were not hardly related literature andhistorical records of Hu Nan. He was the first person to publish "Heritable kook ofWang Chuan Shan" and spread the theory of HengYang. So he was regarded as "thefirst person of literature of Hu Nan", Liang Qi Chao called him as guide ofresurrection of Xiang study .Culture spirit of Hu Xiang had been kept on developingfrom Wang Fu Zhi to Zen Guo Fan, Zuo Zong Tang of the regin between Dao Guangand Xian Feng .During the regin of Jia Qing and Dao Guang,Tao Shu,Deng XianHe, Wei Yuan made efforts to secceed it, so it could be handed down. But Deng didmore than others although he was a junior education official.Followed by the time and the events, the article is based of the works of Dengand others materials.â… try to show real history of Deng Xian He and depict thedevelopment of his idea of study by researching his poems, friends and great events ofthat time.
