First, the article introduces the pronunciationfeatures of Shicheng(Pingshan) Dialect, also it makes chart analysisabout the the intonation of Shicheng(Pingshan) Dialect with speechanalyzer.Then, this article tries to make monographic study on the mutationof Pingshan Dialect from the aspects of sounds, vocabularies, andgrammar in order to reveal the essential features of the mutation ofShicheng(Pingshan) Dialect.
