The self-efficacy of career decision plays important role in undergraduates' career-exploring and career-selecting, there were lots of factors which influenced self-efficacy of career decision. The present research focused on how the career-related parents' support, style of work attribution, motivation of achievement and goal setting influenced the self-efficacy of career decision making.Firstly, the Career-Related Parents' Support Scale was worked out and the Work Attributional Style Questionnaire was edited by means of investigating 341 undergraduates from TianJin. Secondly, data were collected by means of the Scales of Career-Related Parents' Support, Work Attributional Style, Career Decision Making Self-efficacy and Motivation of Achievement, as well as the questions about goal-setting status from 352 undergraduates from Tianjin.Results were as follows: (1) There were four dimensions in the Career-Related Parents' Support Scale: verbal encouragement, emotional support, career-related modeling and instrumental assistance. The scale showed a good reliability and validity. (2) The Work Attribution Style Questionnaire had two dimensions: positive events attribution and negative events attribution. Each of them included four factors: internality, stability, globality and controllability. The reliability and validity is good. (3) There was significant differences in motivation of achievement, goal setting and career decision self-efficacy. (4) There was significant differences in career-related parents' support between genders, origins, parents' educational background and occupation.(5) There was significant differences in the career attribution style between genders, origins, mothers' educational background.(6) Significant positive correlation was found between career-related parents' support and career decision self-efficacy. (7) Significant negative correlation was found between controllability of the career attributional style and career decision self-efficacy, Significant negative correlation was found between stability of positive events attributional style and career decision self-efficacy, Significant negative correlation was found between internality of career attributional style and problem solving; Significant positive correlation was found between stability of negative events attributional style and career decision self-efficacy. Significant positive correlation was found between globality of negative events attributional style and goal selection.Conclusions were as follows: (1) Avoiding failure could positively predict career decision making self-efficacy. (2) Goal-setting status could positively predict career decision making self-efficacy. (3) In the Career-Related Parents' Support Scale, verbal encouragement could positively predict career decision making self-efficacy, emotional support could positively predict self-appraisal, career-related modeling could positively predict gathering occupational information. (4) Attributing positive events to stability was a negative predictor of self-appraisal, Attributing positive events to controllability was a negative predictor of gathering occupational information and goal selection. Attributing negative events to stability was a positive predictor of self-appraisal, gathering occupational information, planning and problem solving. Attributing negative events to controllability was a positive predictor of self-appraisal.
