After the Anti-Japanese War broke out, with the Coastal Port City in the East Part of China being occupied by enemy one after another, Hong Kong had been become the important hub of China's Foreign Trade in wartime immediately. Meanwhile, Kuomintang government began to implement the policy of controlled-trade, establish three big china's national trading corporations-Fu Hua Trading Corporation, Foo Shing Trading Corporation, China's Tea Corporation. These national trading corporations unified purchase and marketing on important agricultural products, such as tung oil, tea, bristle, beast skin and so on. Before the Pacific War, these national trading corporations developed the barter trade and export trade with USA, USSR and Other Western Nations in Hong Kong, and gained great achievements. Generally speaking, although these national trading corporations took on some disadvantages in the course of trading in Hong Kong, their trade activities made outstanding contributions to strive after materials, look after foreign aids, and carry through credit of financial obligation for china in wartime.In this master degree thesis, the writer tries to take the trade activities of china's national trading corporations in Hong Kong in wartime as a research object, by analyzing the history background and process of china's national trading corporations establishment, by surveying the trade activities of china's national trading corporations in Hong Kong particularly, to do the objective and fair evaluation on the trade activities of china's national trading corporations in Hong Kong in wartime.
