The Study On Refugees Relief Work In Macau During Sino-Japanese War

There were lots of refugees filling in Macau during the Sino-Japanese war. MacauPortugucsc government enhanced the resources of Macau residents through various polices andchannel, and also cooperated with different associations in order to help the living condition ofthem. Therefore, the government launched massive charitable activities to raise the funds,distribute the materials and foods for the refugees. The government tried the best to settle thoserefugees in Macau. As a rcsult, the research is focusing the issues of those refugees, analyzingthe charitable associations at that time. It is also investigating the impact on society of refugees,the attitude of government towards refugees, the interaction between the charitable associations,high society and government. It is not only to develop the harmonious relationships in charitableactivities, which also establish the foundation of charitable activities in Macau nowadays.
