Wang Zhi(1135—1188), whose courtesy name is Jing Wen and native place is Yun Zhou(Dong Ping of Shang Dong province), but his birth place is Xing Guojun(Yang Xin of Hu Bei province). He is a famous Confucian Classics researcher and writer in the resurgent period of Southern Song and writes lots of works, such as〈Xue ShanJi〉sixteen volumes,〈Shi Zong Wen〉Twenty volumes,〈Shao Tao Lu〉two volumes,〈Lin Quan Jie Qi〉five volumes and so on. He was famous for his literary achievements in Southern Song, but no person had studied him for a long time. This paper is to attempt to study his poets and ei-poets, as to make more and more people know Wang Zhi.The full paper is divided into two parts. The fn'st part uses the means of historical materials textual criticism to research Wang Zhi's life,thought,social contact,works and so on, so that we would have a whole and right understand to him, and make a basic to the next part. The second part is divided into two chapters to discuss Wang Zhi's poets and ci-poets respectively.Ⅰfocus on explanation to his works' connotation and artistic features. Finally, briefly dissertates the commonness between his poets and ci-poets. This paper has three appendixes: appendix one is to Wang Zhi' works evaluations in works of today's scholars; appendix two is the simple life introduction of Wang Zhi; appendix three is the description of Wang Zhi' associations and travels. not only as a absolute chapter, but also has a mutual complementarity to the text.
